He is the host of the Water Foresight Podcast (referenced below), and the CEO & Chief Futurist of Aqualaurus Group, a firm providing executive, anticipatory, and strategic leadership solutions for water-focused organizations. If you have a strategic challenge with a commercial water venture, Dr. Matthew Klein will enlarge your vision of future opportunities.

THIS WEEK’S POLL: Our poll suggests the eternal water cycle is the most fascinating thing about water, as well as it’s creation by God and capacity to create and destroy.

THIS WEEK'S POLL: What fascinates you most about water?

  • All the amazing creatures that live in it - 9%

  • Its enternal water cycle - 36%

WONDER OF WATER: City roads, sidewalks and other impervious surfaces prevent rainwater from percolating naturally into the ground. But with a Sponge City or Plot the terrain absorbs stormwater. In his article in IIT Madras alumni magazine, G Ramkumar reminds us we can implement cost-effective solutions to create Sponge Cities and recharge groundwater while reducing flooding.

TECH TALK: Small groups can accomplish huge goals. This week’s Tech Talk was held with GWW group leaders to review Best Practices to achieve results and joy, growing your water community.

FUN WITH WATER: Water lovers and animal lovers will enjoy this deep dive into our world’s oceans and waterways, courtesy of Angel Studios.

AI and Water: Everyone’s talking about ChatGPT, but how does it relate to the future of water? Mahesh Lunani, CEO of Aquasight provides insight on how ChatGPT might interact with water on the Water Foresight Podcast.
