Global Water Works Celebrates 10 Years of Seeing God's Abundance through Collaborations on Water

This month, we joyfully mark a profound milestone: Global Water Works turns 10!
What began as a vision to connect people, processes, and technology around God's infinitely renewable water cycle has grown into a vibrant global network demonstrating how water truly works—transforming lives, sparking hope, and growing faith in communities near and far.
A Decade of Faithful Collaboration and Impact.
Over the past 10 years, we've witnessed God's abundance in action. Through partnerships across continents, we've:
Connected innovators, leaders, and organizations to share knowledge and solutions.
Mentored emerging leaders in water stewardship.
Demonstrated practical, sustainable systems—like rainwater harvesting, gravity-fed supplies, solar distillation, shallow wells, and purification technologies—that free people from the daily burden of walking for water.
Replaced fear with facts and faith, showing that clean, safe water is within reach when we collaborate with intention and prayer.
We've celebrated "life-changing accomplishments" alongside partners in places like Africa, India, Kenya, Nepal, and beyond. Simple interventions have brought joy, health, education, and economic opportunity to families who once faced daily scarcity.With nearly 2 billion people still lacking reliable access to safe drinking water and hygiene, these stories remind us: God's provision is already here—we are called to steward it wisely and generously.
Marking the Milestone: A Global Celebration
On March 16, more than 300 children, partners, and wavemakers joined us virtually from 8 sites around the world for our 10th anniversary celebration. What a beautiful expression of unity! We shared stories of impact, gave thanks for the journey, and looked ahead with renewed purpose. Thank you to every one of you who participated, prayed, donated, volunteered, or simply believed in this mission. Your faithfulness has made these 10 years possible.
Launching the Next Chapter: Campaign for 50 New Systems
As we step into Year 11, we're shifting even more intentionally toward those in greatest need. We're launching a bold campaign to install 50 new water systems in underserved communities—systems that provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene where it's needed most. Our goal? To bring safe water and hope to thousands more people, demonstrating once again that collaboration + faith + innovation = transformed lives.This aligns perfectly with World Water Day on March 22, themed "Water and Gender: Where water flows, equality grows." When women and girls no longer spend hours fetching water, they gain time for education, work, family, and dreams. Every system we build advances equity, dignity, and joy.
